Belford Properties developed The Centre by SunTowers—a landmark centre in the heart of Metrotown, and a new hub of commercial activity, offering a higher level of sophistication for retail and office ownership.
This opportunity is an exclusive component of the landmark comprehensive development called Sun Towers, which is comprised of The Centre - prime retail and AAA office units with elevated concierge services - plus two luxury residential towers and an exquisite private club called the Solaris Club.
I worked closely with H18 in designing sales pieces, a campaign, and a top-of-the-line brochure for The Centre at Sun Towers—a collection of elegant retail and office spaces. We also helped direct and design a presentation centre, while working closely with the marketing and interior design partners.
